1.5mm - 2mm Size 3 needles
2.5mm-3mm Size 1 needles

We also recommend prepping the head with liquid fusion, at least 2-3 layers to prevent splitting the scalp. You can also use tacky glue to glue in the braids if you don't want to reroot them.
